Visiting tips

New access conditions since reopening

To cope with the exceptionally high number of visitors, a free, optional online booking system has been set up to facilitate entry and minimize waiting times

Best times to visit

The best time to visit is in the mornings on weekdays, at the first opening time. Booking for 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. will allow you to explore the site before the crowds arrive. Weekday afternoons can also be slightly quieter.

Point Zero

Find Point Zero: On the forecourt, look for a small bronze rosette set into the cobblestones. This is the "Point zéro des routes de France", the zero kilometer from which all road distances in France are calculated.
