FAQs
Mobile Application
All you have to do is contact us and give us a time slot during which you would like to be called back. After answering some questions about your institution, we will be able to determine if you are already equipped (in which case it may be free), or if we need to equip you.
To add an institution on the application, even though it is potentially free, we need its agreement. If an institution does not appear on the application, do not hesitate to suggest it to us, and also to contact it in order to explain why it should appear on the application.
Sensors are installed in our partners' institutions (if they don't already have some) in order to measure the real-time occupancy rate (number of people present in the establishment in relation to its capacity) and/or the waiting time. To find out more about the different types of sensors we use, please visit our website or contact us.
The data measured in real time is aggregated with other sources of information (attendance history, calendar, application consultations...) and processed by our predictive analysis algorithm every 5 minutes.
Waiting to enter the museum: if at the moment of starting the queue the application displays a current wait of 20 minutes, you should be able to enter 20 minutes later
At the percentage of occupied places, if the occupancy rate is 75% it means that three quarters of the places are taken. For a library with a capacity of 100 places this means that there would only be 25 free places left in the library.
At the percentage of occupied places, if the occupancy rate is 75% it means that three quarters of the places are taken. For a university restaurant with a capacity of 100 seats this means that there are only 25 free seats left in the university restaurant.
The number of people present in the museum in relation to its maximum capacity. If the occupancy rate is 25% this means that there are few people in the museum, so you will be able to enjoy it in optimal conditions. If the occupancy rate is 90% it means that there will be a lot of people in the museum and that the circulation in the spaces will be less easy.
This enable us to display on top of the list, the institutions located around you and on the map. However, you don't have to accept it and you can therefore search for institutions manually.
Occupancy is calculated based on the number of swimmers per lane. Facilities typically have 4 meters per swimmer, which is a comfort length for swimming. For example, for a 25-meter pool, the maximum number of swimmers would be 12 per lane. A 50% occupancy rate means that half of the water line is occupied and there are 6 people in the line swimming.
Reservation service
Some libraries, particularly university libraries, only allow reservations with email addresses whose domain name corresponds to that of the university.
To do this, simply open the confirmation email you received when you made your reservation and click on "Cancel my reservation".
In 99% of the cases, the problem comes from an error in the email address given, either because of a typing error or because the email address is not functional. And check your spam.
There are 2 possibilities: Either you have not confirmed your booking within 2 hours of your request by clicking on the link "Confirm my booking" from the confirmation request email you received in your mailbox (if it was made from the booking site or from the mobile application in the case of a first booking). Either your reservation has been cancelled by the library staff. In this case, we advise you to contact them for more information.
