Equipment : 2 chairs without armrests, 1 desk lamp, 1 electric plug

Spacious workspace, not overlooked ; right-hand side of the room is separated by a partial wall giving the user some privacy. 

💡Sun-lit space, very luminous in the day-time.

💡 Low natural light - can be enhanced thanks to available desk lamp, with an accessible switch.

Individual box (2nd floor) - Sit-stand workspace

Equipment : 1 sit-stand stool with high table, 1 electric plug.  

The room is not overlooked - presence of a dividing wall on the user's right-hand side.

💡 Low-light environment enhanced by a neon light bar. Additional desk lamp accessible as well (warm light).

Collaborative workspace (2 to 4 ppl.) - 2nd floor

Equipment : Whiteboard with pencils, 4 chairs without armrests around a round-table. 

The room has a glass door flanked by walls on opposite sides, no overlooking. 

💡Natural light can be enhanced using a neon light bar, easily accessible switch.
