Join us on 4 June in the Belval park for a revitalizing day of yoga, breathwork, and connection in nature.
As summer begins, this is an opportunity to slow down, move mindfully, and reconnect with yourself & others. The programme includes a welcoming opening, sound meditation, pranayama, a long yoga class with dance meditation, and a closing relaxation (shavasana). We’ll end the day with a laid-back picnic — feel free to bring something to share. All levels are welcome.
