    Coordinators: Irmgard Schroeder & Marcela Zambrano. In English. Session Dates: March 22, April 26, May 24

    The Tea & Talk is an initiative from the inclusion office to bring people together. Talking about anything and building relationships is good for your mental health. Come to share a cup of tea and a biscuit with other students and colleagues.

  • Student Meditation Club (for Students only)

    Instructor: Ana Vargas. English. : 

    The student meditation club will be split into 4 workshop proposing the same content. The idea is to give multiple students access to meditation practices. 

    Workshop 1: March 4th, March 11th, March 18th 

    Workshop 2: March 25th, April 15th, April 22nd

    Workshop 3: April 29th, May 6th, May 13th

    Workshop 4: June 3rd, June 10th, June 17th

    By signing up for the first date of each workshop, you are also signing up for the rest of the dates in that workshop.

  • Anxiety Workshop (for Students Only)

    Coordinator: Aakriti Varshney. Workshop Dates: May 15, 22, 29. You register for May 15 and commit to participate in the 3 following dates. 

    This is a small group workshop which will help you understand anxiety, as well as learn tips & techniques to cope with any anxieties or worries which you may be experiencing in your university or personal life. These group sessions will provide a safe and non-judgemental space where you can share and learn from others' experiences.

  • Art Therapy Workshops (for Students Only)

    Coordinator: Aakriti Varshney. Workshop Dates: 21/03 - Kirchberg;  24/04 - Belval

    The workshop will help you relax, reflect and create in a safe and non-judgmental space. We will create art work based around a theme. You don’t need to be an artist and you do not need any previous experience. Our university psychologists will guide you through the workshop.

    with Vinicius Fischer. English. This workshop is designed to offer a safe and supportive space to explore the dynamics of healthy relationships in different contexts and to enhance their interpersonal relationships skills. The workshop will cover skills involved in healthy relationships like being aware of emotional needs, how to effectively communicate and identify and resolve conflicts.
