  • Anxiety Workshop - Belval (for students & PhD students only)

    This is a small group workshop across 3 consecutive sessions, which will help you understand anxiety, learn tips and techniques to cope with anxieties and worries which you may be experiencing in University life or personal life.

    The group sessions will provide a safe and non-judgmental space, where you can share your experiences and also learn from other people's!

    A cozy silent reading afternoon with Luxembourgish book club Between the Lines at Dalmat Coffee House, Belval Campus

    OSL offers 1 hot drink per person, read together in quiet, and finish with a relaxed book discussion!
