J\u2019ai fait des centaines de candidatures, plusieurs rendez-vous toujours sans succ\u00e8s. Dans un \u00e9lan d\u2019espoir, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de publier ma recherche sur LinkedIn et j\u2019ai re\u00e7u plusieurs propositions. Suite \u00e0 cela, une certaine M\u00e9lisande Vialard, RRH chez Affluences m\u2019a contact\u00e9e pour me soumettre l\u2019offre d\u2019apprentissage en tant que Customer Success Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En consultant la description du poste, j\u2019ai tout de suite \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9e. Fuyant la foule \u00e0 tout prix, la probl\u00e9matique que souhaite prendre en main Affluences me para\u00eet pertinente et plaisante. Puis un souvenir est venu me rappeler que c\u2019est effectivement Affluences que ma biblioth\u00e8que utilise pour g\u00e9rer la r\u00e9servation des salles de travail en groupe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tant curieuse, motiv\u00e9e et conquise par la promesse de l\u2019entreprise, j\u2019ai imm\u00e9diatement postul\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles sont tes missions ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez Affluences, je suis Customer Success Manager. Je me charge de mettre en place la solution chez nos clients une fois qu\u2019ils ont sign\u00e9 avec un Sales\/Bizdev. Concr\u00e8tement, j\u2019assure le suivi du projet, la formation des clients \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de nos outils, puis dans un second temps, je m\u2019occupe des renouvellements, j\u2019identifie les extensions possibles chez nos clients et je leur pr\u00e9sente les nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s qui peuvent correspondre \u00e0 leurs besoins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que penses-tu de l\u2019alternance ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019alternance est un v\u00e9ritable moyen de trouver du concret dans l\u2019apprentissage th\u00e9orique de notre formation. Contrairement \u00e0 un stage, elle permet d\u2019\u00eatre form\u00e9e et d\u2019\u00e9voluer sur une plus longue p\u00e9riode et d\u2019approfondir ses connaissances d\u2019un m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est pour moi une chance de me professionnaliser et d\u2019apprendre un m\u00e9tier en parall\u00e8le de mes \u00e9tudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que tu aimes le plus chez Affluences ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans mon m\u00e9tier, ce qui me pla\u00eet le plus ce sont les clients. On voit de tout ! Alors m\u00eame si les besoins sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les m\u00eames, la configuration et les souhaits des clients sont toujours diff\u00e9rents. La recherche de la satisfaction client est pour moi une \u00e9vidence. J\u2019appr\u00e9cie me rendre utile et savoir que notre solution profite et fait gagner du temps \u00e0 nos clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment as-tu v\u00e9cu ton int\u00e9gration ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e8s, tr\u00e8s bien. Affluences est une entreprise \u00e0 taille humaine et c\u2019est assez simple d\u2019aller vers les autres. Le rituel du petit-d\u00e9jeuner d\u2019arriv\u00e9e avec son \u00e9quipe permet de retenir quelques pr\u00e9noms, quelques points communs pour nous permettre de nous int\u00e9grer. Par ailleurs, les Affluenceurs sont tr\u00e8s attentifs \u00e0 ne jamais laisser quelqu\u2019un dans son coin. Notre fantastique RRH organise des afterworks en tout genre, des team buildings qui nous permettent de cr\u00e9er de vraies relations entre coll\u00e8gues.
